Please read the following AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF INTERNET SERVICES. For the new account to be registered you should confirm that you agree with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

This agreement is made by and between ADaNet (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") and yourself (physical person/legal entity, hereinafter referred to as "Customer").

1. Contractor undertakes to provide Customer with access to the global information resources network - Internet.

2. Customer may use the prepaid access to Internet at his/her discretion, without any time restrictions and for any purpose not prohibited by the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic and/or regulations of the Ministry of Communications.

3. Contractor shall place the Customer's account status information in Internet at the following page http://www.azdata.net/userstats

4. Customer shall remain solely responsible for the use of its account data in the Internet system and shall change on a regular basis the Dial-up. E-mail, Usenet passwords at http://www.azdata.net/userstats and update the anti-virus software.

5. Contractor shall not be liable for any additional charges imposed by the state or commercial organizations that provide communication services (Ministry of Communication, telephone companies).

6. Contractor shall not be liable for the information and services provided in the Internet by Customer and any third parties and shall not be responsible for the contents of the information distributed via the Contractor's Internet access system.

7. Contractor shall guarantee, pursuant to the Constitution and the Law on Communication of the Azerbaijan Republic, that the e-mail remain confidential except for cases stipulated by the applicable laws of the Azerbaijan Republic and the regulations of the Ministry of Communication.

8. Contractor shall have the right to terminate Customer's access to Internet in case Contractor deem Customer's actions to be harmful both for Contractor and third parties.

9. Contractor reserves the rights to change conditions of this Agreement. The Agreement is deemed active after publication in the following web page: https://cards.azdata.net/cards/application_submitting/en/license_agreement.html.
